We start with an initial consultation to understand your space, goals, and scope of work. From there, we provide a rough estimate so you have a clear sense of budget early on. If everything looks good, we move into the design phase with a per-room design retainer. Our designer will measure and scan your space (or full apartment) and begin working through layouts, selections, and details with you.
At the same time, we start preparing your building’s alteration agreement and getting everything in place for construction. Once the design is finalized and materials are ordered, we manage the full project from pre-construction through installation, handling all the moving parts along the way. Our goal is to keep things organized and moving forward, all the way through to handing over your finished space.
We begin by discussing your vision, functional needs, budget, and project goals. Once we determine the project is a good fit, we formalize the relationship through a design retainer agreement and move into the design phase.
